Charity Auction
Brought to you by the FCBA Young Lawyers Committee and the FCBA Foundation, over the past 35 years, the Charity Auction has raised more than
$2.3 million dollars for DC-based charities.
The Auction Committee is now accepting applications from local charities to be considered as a beneficiary of the 36th Annual FCBA Charity Auction. The application must be received by email no later than Friday, April 4, 2025.
The Young Lawyers Committee of the FCBA and the FCBA Foundation hosted the 35th Annual Charity Auction on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. EDT at The Hamilton Live in downtown Washington, DC. Proceeds from the 2024 Charity Auction benefitted two amazing, local non-profit organizations – The Washington Jesuit Academy and the FCBA Foundation.
Sponsor the Auction or Donate an Item
We are asking organizations, businesses, and individuals to sponsor or donate prizes to be used in the auction. All donations are tax-deductible. As a prize donor, you will receive acknowledgment in the prize description in the online auction and recognition when prizes are awarded. We thank you for your generousity!

Volunteer Opportunities
The Auction Committee is seeking volunteers for the 35th Annual Charity Auction! The Auction has always relied on volunteers – including both law students and practitioners – to make the event a success. You can contribute before the auction by soliciting and collecting auctionable items and/or on the night of the event by helping with check-in, set up, clean up, and the like.
