Eva Rhule is a rising 2L at Georgetown University Law Center. Eva received her B.A. in Telecommunications and Media Industries from the Pennsylvania State University before attending law school. Immediately after her undergraduate studies, Eva interned for the FCC’s Office of Legislative Affairs. Eva is excited to return to the FCC and further her interest and learning in telecommunication law and policy this summer at the Competition Policy Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau.
