CANCELED – CLE Seminar: Cyber Incident Reporting: Navigating and Harmonizing Cyber Incident Reporting to Enhance Public Safety

The FCBA Cybersecurity Committee and Homeland Security and Emergency Communications Committee will co-sponsor a CLE on Monday, November 6 from 3:00 – 5:15 p.m. ET entitled Cyber Incident Reporting: Navigating and Harmonizing Cyber Incident Reporting to Enhance Public Safety.  This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

A variety of existing and emerging laws, regulations, and procedures for reporting cyber incidents have the communications sector asking questions about how these obligations work together to enhance transparency, build confidence, and facilitate preparedness and response efforts. This CLE will feature speakers from the public and private sectors discussing the evolution and efforts to harmonize these efforts.
