The FCBA Wireless Committee will sponsor a CLE on Thursday, February 13, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET entitled The National Spectrum Strategy: Where Do Things Stand, and What Comes Next? The program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.
Over the past two years, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration has sought comment on, drafted, and carried out the implementation of a National Spectrum Strategy. Work across all the pillars of the Strategy is ongoing. The beginning of a new Presidential administration could bring a new direction. This CLE will discuss what has been achieved in the policy and technical issues involved in the National Spectrum Strategy, as well as what remains to be done.
The FCBA will apply for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar. This program has not yet been approved.
