Description: On January 18, the FCBA’s Judicial Practice Committee will host a brownbag lunch and learn to discuss the cases before the 5th, 6th, and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals challenging the universal service contribution rates. Topics will include the current status of the Consumers Research, et al. v. FCC cases, interpretations under the non-delegation doctrine, and the future of the Universal Service programs.
