More Information: Recent federal actions like the Supreme Court’s overruling of Chevron deference to federal administrative agencies and potential adoption by state agencies, continued progress on BEAD and other massive funding programs, the demise of the Affordable Connectivity Program, and ongoing consideration of changes to Universal Service and digital equity/affordability efforts are likely to have substantial impacts on industry, consumers and agency practice throughout New England.
