Speakers: Peter Hyun, FCC Deputy Bureau Chief overseeing national security and international engagement, and Rakesh Patel, FCC Deputy Bureau Chief overseeing the Telecommunications Consumers Division and the Fraud Division, will cover federal, state and international enforcement and policy, appearances before the Enforcement Bureau, the wide array of national security issues related to communications and broadband, the intersection of AI and TCPA violations, and other federal regulatory and national security issues.
