Our Ideal Candidate for Our Telecommunications Practice
WBK’s DC office seeks a junior to mid-level associate (with one to five years of experience) to join its leading telecommunications practice. The DC-based telecommunications practice focuses on a wide range of issues before the Federal Communications Commission, Congress, White House, Department of Commerce, other federal agencies, courts, and states, including policymaking, compliance, transactions, enforcement matters, and appellate litigation. Applicants must be licensed in Washington DC or have plans to become licensed in Washington DC in 2025. Our ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials, superb research and writing ability, excellent analytical skills, demonstrated interest in telecom/media/technology, a commitment to teamwork, an entrepreneurial spirit, and sound judgment. Experience with telecommunications or technology policy is a significant plus.
